West Waterford Golf & Country Club is an 18-hole course which has been built on 150 acres of rolling parkland on the banks of the Brickey River. The course is surrounded by stunning scenery - the Comeragh Mountains to the east, the Knockmealdowns to the north and the Drum Hills to the south. With all that around you it's no surprise that you can enjoy a visit to West Waterford even if you're not firing on all cylinders.
The first nine holes are laid out on a large plateau and there's a stream which comes into play at a couple of the holes. Full catering facilities are now available and there's no question that a day out at West Waterford is worth the money.
